There are very few updates coming out of Iraq about the US Embassy in Baghdad
The last update was that it was being encircled by Iraqis and had been on high alert

The American military presence is unsustainable. If this incident doesn’t result in the removal of these forces, something else will.
The Iraqis want these troops gone. It has been over twenty years since the original invasion of Iraq back in 2003. It’s insane that America is still bombing the country two decades later.
We’ll see what becomes of this, but if I were the Iraqis I wouldn’t blame them if they burned down the American embassy and did violence against the people there.
