⚡️BREAKING
Iran has released a video of the seizure of the MSC Aries, owned by Israeli billionaire Eyal Ofer.
Normally, Iran only seizes oil tankers and not container ships, but it seems that the Strait of Hormuz is being closed to ships linked to Israel pic.twitter.com/fSZoObEbEL

🇮🇷🇮🇱 Iran seized the Israeli ship MSC ARIES in the Strait of Hormuz.
This is a big game changer.
This once again is confirming that the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Qatar are helping Israel bypass the Houthi blockade by land route from the UAE port.

This could be a precursor to a broader naval operation by the Iranians. The Houthis have already blocked access to the Red Sea and if the Iranians start seizing ships in the Strait of Hormuz, this will cause some major economic problems not just for Israel but also the West. A significant amount of the world’s oil supply is shipped through the Strait of Hormuz. Blocking this passage to ships would cause the price of oil to rise significantly.
🚨🇮🇷
The Iranian Navy has now said they may close the Strait of Hormuz due to the threat of the Israeli Navy working with the UAE
If this happened, it would basically skyrocket oil prices higher than we have ever seen pic.twitter.com/NiJBxDLb6P

There’s also a great deal of speculation that the Iranians will be retaliating against Israel this weekend. If this does happen, I’ll be providing extensive coverage of the unfolding events.
