What a shocker this is. Homicides dramatically increased in major US cities last year.
For the first time since the mid-1990's, there were over 20,000 homicides in the U.S. in 2020. Below are some of the cities w/the highest spikes:

This is what will happen when you shut down the whole economy because of a fake pandemic and are falsely telling blacks that cops are conspiring to genocide them.
I’d expect homicides to be even higher in 2021 than in 2020. If for some strange reason you are still living in a major metropolitan area, you should move out immediately. Things are not going to improve anytime soon.
