It looks like the German government is organizing their own protests to oppose the massive farmer protests that have been going on inside the country. They’re claiming that the farmers and parties like the AfD are attacking democracy and destroying their unity. They’ve also got people riled up about “racism” or something dumb.

Scholz’s comments are dumb. He acts as if there is any unity in Germany to begin with. The government has been deliberately enacting policies that are detrimental to the German people and claiming the people are evil for not being happy about their shitty policies.
Tens of thousands of really stupid people reportedly showed up in Hamburg at one of these pro-government protests.

They’re also the ones attacking democracy by calling for the AfD to be banned.

Telling people you can’t vote for someone is the opposite of democracy but as we know these people don’t care about being called hypocrites. They say whatever is required to gain and maintain power.
It’s such a stupid situation.
