This new digital currency the Federal Reserve is talking about rolling out has the potential to be a total dystopic nightmare. Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell is openly saying that their digital currency will not be anonymous.

They want to track and trace everything you do. Every transaction, microtransaction etc.. they want to have a record of. So what Powell is saying is not remotely surprising.
The good news is that it is unlikely that they will be able to implement such a system. The West is collapsing into an economic abyss and we appear to be on the brink of a major world war.
This is the type of thing that makes me want to buy more gold and silver. No matter how bad things get, these things will have some sort of tradable value.
