As the system becomes increasingly unstable, the government at all levels is going to look for new ways to fleece the public. A mile tax scheme is something that has been talked about for years and I am not shocked to see that they are reintroducing this. The fact that they are using EVs as an excuse to do this is quite offensive though.
They can pound sand with this mileage tax bullshit. I will not comply with it. I don’t even know how they’d implement such a scheme. They come up with all these fucked up ideas with no thought as to the implementation.
