Corporate managers are expressing dissatisfaction with employees from the Generation Z demographic. They are actually saying that they prefer working with millennials now lol.

Here are their complaints.

A good percentage of people in any sort of corporate management role are cocksuckers who have their face jammed up someone’s butt crack so I really don’t give a shit about their opinions. I remember a few years back, these same people were criticizing millennials for being lazy etc.. Now these same people are happy to have millennials.

My personal experience with people in these two demographics have been mixed. I’ve met and worked with very capable people in both generations. There are of course a bunch of faggots and retards among them both but you can say the same for any generation really.

Just a thought, but maybe young people would be more motivated to work if they actually had something to work towards.

What do young people have to work towards right now? It is very difficult to obtain property let alone start a family because of all the economic and social problems we have. Plus, the wages being offered for entry level roles are not good.

Boomers when they entered the labor market were able to receive a much higher real wage for their labor. They had far more purchasing power and could obtain property fairly easily. That is not the case today for Zoomers.

Generation Z was also sabotaged with the retarded COVID-19 hoax and governments locking everything down while they were just starting to enter the labor force.

Everything about corporate America sucks any way. They’ve taken their workers for granted for far too long so if they have issues with finding people they’re happy with, that’s their own problem.
