They are in part blaming the Donald Trump town hall for his removal but this is a ridiculous excuse.
The CNN brand was already damaged beyond repair by the Jew Jeff Zucker when he took over. Licht had to manage all sorts of morons and personalities that were still left over from the Zucker era who continued to destroy the brand and undermined anything he tried to do to make substantive changes.
Cable news is no longer an important medium though. I’m sure CNN will continue to exist in some form, but it along with all these other cable news channels are no where near as important as they were back in the 1990s and 2000s.
