Trudeau likely pushed for this for selfish reasons.
Myself and many others have no doubt that he has a vagina and that his vagina bleeds quite regularly. It would be very embarrassing for Trudeau to deliver a televised speech and have period blood running down his leg. Therefore a large quantity of tampons must be made available to him in the parliament bathrooms.
His late father Fidel Castro must be quite ashamed that he bred a son with a bleeding vagina but it is what it is.
