The tweet and the accompanying photo fully illustrates not only the insanity of California’s green energy policies, but some of the more significant issues with electric vehicles.
If the power grid goes down and you have no way to charge your EV, you aren’t going anywhere. You’ll be left charging your EV with a gas generator which defeats the alleged purpose of pushing EVs on people.
If you have to use a gas generator to charge your EV, you are better off having a car with a gas engine. Anybody of normal intelligence should understand this.
