The crisis prompted a number of vibrant persons to loot stores. There’s all sorts of videos documenting this. Liquor stores and dollar stores were not spared.

-Lost or abandoned numerous apparatus
-Walked to emergency calls
-Waited hours for EMS for a cardiac patient

The city was obviously not prepared for this potential emergency situation and it is just another damning indictment of how ridiculous this country has become.
