There was another Boeing aircraft issue the other day. A Boeing 757 had one of its wings come apart midair forcing an emergency landing.

United Airlines Flight 354 on Monday from San Francisco to Boston lost part of its wing.
Thankfully, the Boeing 757-200 landed safely in Denver and all 165 passengers were fine.
United hasn’t said what caused the damage.

We are seeing major competency issues across all industries and sectors. The airline industry is just one of the more glaring examples of this. I can assure you however that this is happening everywhere.
