Joe Biden did a speech yesterday where he rambled incoherently about how Vladimir Putin is a bad man for what he is doing in Ukraine.
Even though I couldn’t understand what the hell he was talking about half the time, the gist of it is that they are going to slap more sanctions on Russia.
