Nobody has provided any coherent explanation as to why the Chinese would use balloons for this purpose. They have satellites and other advanced technology. There is simply no reason to use balloons.
None of this has to make sense though. The American people are stupid and will support a war against China for pretty much any reason. Just look at how Republicans and “conservatives” reacted to this hoax. They will fully support a war against China regardless of the logic or rationale behind it.
