A massive data leak of files from inside of Uber to The Guardian has revealed all sorts of corrupt and criminal activity that helped them expand their global business empire.

They basically paid off or worked out illegal/corrupt deals with politicians to help them expand around the globe.
Joe Biden and Emmanuel Macron were among those who they struck arrangements with.
This will probably be more politically damaging to Macron than Biden. Macron was basically acting as an Uber employee while he was France’s top economic minister. Plus, the French are generally more politically aware of what’s going on around them than the average American.

I’m not sure if this will force Macron out of power, but there’s definitely a chance it will. Macron is already horribly unpopular and this news will only make him even more unpopular.
None of this news is remotely surprising though. This type of corruption is standard within Western Jew democracies. It is just a bit surprising that two major Western political leaders have been caught up in such a scandal.
