He’s obviously trolling his political enemies who have been pushing all sorts of retard-tier analysis and conspiracy theories about himself, the 2016 election and Russia. The thing is, the people who oppose him are so stupid, they are unable to comprehend what he’s doing.
Take for example the Israeli intelligence asset Wolf Blitzer on CNN. He analyzed Trump’s tweet as if he was making a serious statement.
Trump is making these people look more and more foolish. It is this type of trolling that makes his Twitter feed must see material each and every day.
All this new found concern about the security of the American electoral system from the Jew-run media gives Trump a perfect justification to potentially push for a federal voter ID law and other measures to prevent vote fraud. All in the name of protecting our democracy from the Russians of course! lol
