Did we see this guy or any of the other regime members fake cry about the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen or Libya? No, because these have all been wars that the United States either directly or indirectly supported. The millions of people who have died in those wars were of no consequence to them.
It just speaks to how phony and fake these people are. It is why this whole system is destined to collapse.
