I guess he had two “moments of madness” because he got caught doing it twice. But these were just the times he got caught doing it so he probably did it hundreds of times.
As most of you are probably already aware, the Conservative Party is basically the British version of Republicans here in the United States. So as a result, you shouldn’t expect anything from these idiots. Especially when they have members of their party doing things like this.
I mean seriously, how hard is it to just not watch pornography in a public place? Especially during a parliamentary session. Only a person with a serious problem would do something like this. Not watching porn in a public place is a pretty low bar for anybody.
