He’s vowing to crackdown on the protests which he says are “fascist.”

Yeah so people who just want to be able to afford food and basic necessities are “fascists” according to this clown.
This is not going to end the revolt. If people can’t afford food, the protests will continue.
Mr. Ranil Wickremesinghe was as unpopular as the Rajapaksas. The protest movement was directed against him too
