If the Ukraine was winning, they wouldn’t need weapons from South Korea of all places.
The desperation is becoming increasingly obvious. The fact that NATO is going around the world begging countries to give them weapons shows how desperate the situation really is.
They should cut their losses and tell the Russians they want to negotiate with no pre-conditions. Of course, it is doubtful they will do that.
