A federal judge in Iowa has blocked a state law designed to ban a variety of LGBTQ+ faggot sex books in school libraries because he claims it would subject Elie Wiesel’s Jewish Holohoax book “Night” to a ban.

A federal judge in Iowa has blocked much of a state law forbidding school libraries from stocking books depicting “sex acts,” in part because he said it was keeping a classic Holocaust memoir off shelves.
U.S. District Court Judge Stephen Locher granted a preliminary injunction against the law, Iowa Senate File 496, on Friday, just before a Jan. 1 deadline for schools to begin enforcing it. The “staggeringly broad” law, he wrote in his opinion, would prevent public schools from stocking “non-fiction history books about the Holocaust.” He pointed specifically to Elie Wiesel’s “Night” as an example of a book that could be caught in the dragnet.
Lochner had previously brought up “Night” during oral arguments about the Iowa law. At a Dec. 22 hearing, he grilled a state attorney about which kinds of books the state had the authority to pull from schools. Asked if Wiesel’s memoir could be pulled along with World War II history title “The Rape of Nanking,” the attorney responded that it could, the Des Moines Register reported at the time.
At that hearing, Locher called the law “one of the most bizarre laws I’ve ever read in my life.”
It is hilarious that this Jew article says that “Night” is a non-fiction book. This is not the case. It is known that the book is not truthful account and contains all sorts of fictional exaggerations. Even the Wikipedia article on the book’s reception notes this. Despite that, this book has been wrongly made a staple of High School reading classes around America.
Wiesel was a fraud. There’s a whole website built dedicated to how he lied about getting a tattoo from the Germans in the concentration camps.
The fact that this judge claims this fictional Holohoax book is the reason why school libraries need to have faggot sex books showing homosexuals sodomizing each other is insane.
As far as I’m concerned, the faggot sex books along with Holohoax books like “Night” should all be banned from school libraries. “Night” is a particularly awful book because it presents fiction as historical truth and such materials should not be made available to children let alone promoted.
Quite frankly, all books and literature written by Jews should be banned based upon their racial nature to lie about anything and everything. Much of what they write is filled with blatant obscenities. They’re also the main racial group behind all of the faggot literature any way.
