The report describes how these systems have resulted in significant civilian casualties and have not been effective at eliminating actual Hamas fighters.

The reliance on these AI systems to target and kill people is a deliberate and calculated decision. The Israeli goal is to slaughter as many defenseless people as possible so relying on an unreliable AI system makes total sense. They can simply pass blame on the computer for telling them to target innocent people and claim that it was all a big mistake.
The thing is, none of it is a mistake. They wouldn’t be using these ridiculous AI systems to begin with if they were concerned about reducing civilian deaths. They want to maximize civilian deaths which is why they are using them. The whole practice is insane and crazy but not surprising considering all that we know about the Jews.
