Other reports have implied that his health issues were far more serious.

His health problems come at a time when he’s dealing with massive protests against his government and as he’s been trying to do war with the Palestinians and anybody else who he views as an enemy of Jews.

Netanyahu has been at the center of Israeli politics for a very long time, but it looks as if this era will be coming to an end one way or another. The only question is how it will come to an end.
There is also a good chance Israel will not exist within the next several decades. The Jews have made too many enemies around the world and the countries they have subverted for their own means are declining in power.
