Hundreds of Twitter employees have resigned after Elon Musk committed to a “hardcore” Twitter work environment.

Elon is doing everything I would have done as CEO with Twitter’s staff. There was never any reason for this company to have 7,500 people on the payroll.
He cut 50 percent of the workforce just a short time ago and we can safely assume that those people did not perform any critical functions because the site has operated fine without them. Now he’s just trimming more of the fat. There’s no reason to have people around who aren’t fully committed to their job. It’s also a good way to eliminate all the Marxists and faggots among the ranks. Such people don’t want to do actual real hard work so by asking them to do real hard work, you can get them to quit on their own.
There are all sorts of people on Twitter right now claiming that Twitter is going to die because of these resignations. There might be some short term problems, but I have no doubt that the people left will be able to overcome them.
Now that Twitter has 7 hardcore engineers left and seems to still be working fine, somewhere a Google SVP is nervously writing a memo about why they still totally need 150,000 people.

NEW – Overnight, many Twitter users panicked, fearing the platform would go offline because employees opposed to Elon's "hardcore" work directive had quit.
12 hours later, Twitter seems to be working as usual.

Even though Elon hasn’t done any major real free speech reforms, there have been some moderate improvements that have eliminated Twitter being a total echo chamber for Jews and Marxists.
The radical woke extremists at Twitter are doing this because they understand what it at stake.
They have lost the echo chamber and would rather destroy it. Seeing Elon create a balanced environment is against everything the Marxists believe in.

These people who are quitting their jobs think they can burn the place down by resigning in mass. The people who think this way are greatly overestimating their usefulness and importance to the company.
