Germany has announced that they are going to spend 65 billion Euros on “inflation relief.”

This isn’t going to do anything substantive. You can’t spend your way out of inflation. In fact, it will probably make the problem worse.
This is just something they threw together to pacify the peasants who are growing increasingly angry at the sanctions on Russia and their endless support for the Ukraine.
They have said plainly that they don’t care what the German people think and are going to continue supporting the Ukraine no matter how many Germans freeze or starve. It’s a totally unacceptable situation.
Germany needs a 21st century Adolf Hitler figure to fix the problems they have.
