Most if not all of them had to have come from Israel.

Where else would they have come from? Put it this way, if these didn’t come from Israel it would be one of the most shocking developments imaginable. There’s historical precedent for this.
Remember the story of that Israeli who made numerous hoax bomb threats of similar nature a few years back? They claimed the Jew who did it had a brain tumor and the tumor made him do the hoax bomb threats. It was an utterly ridiculous explanation.
As ridiculous as that story was, the ADL used them to elevate their “hate crime” statistics. No doubt they will do the same with these even though the origin of them seems to be the Jews themselves.
