California has declared a power grid emergency. The grid is simply failing to keep up with demand as the state continues to deal with a heat wave. There’s talk about potential blackouts.

Electrical blackouts are a staple of what happens in third world countries. It’s a regular thing. The fact that we are talking about this happening in California is proof that the state has definitely reached third world status. Of course, you could already tell that just by walking around in any of the state’s major cities. They’re total shitholes with homeless people pissing and shitting everywhere.
Even though it is obvious that California’s power grid is incapable of handling demand, the state government has moved to ban gas vehicles and is encouraging people to buy expensive electrical cars. They are doing this even though the grid is totally incapable of handling the additional demand that these EVs would place on it. How could it, when it can’t even handle the demand now?
It’s total insanity what’s taking place in California. I have no idea why anybody would want to live there. The whole state is collapsing.
