I think it is pretty clear that large numbers of people do not want to be injected with a deadly substance against their will. A conversation is not necessary or warranted.
Him saying that he wants to have a “conversation” is just a round about way of saying that he’s going to shove a vaxx mandate down everyone’s throat.
