They pushed this same bullshit when the war in Syria was raging. They claimed the Syrian government was doing chemical weapons attacks as they were on their way to total victory in the conflict.
As is the case in Syria, there is no reason for chemical weapons attacks to be deployed. Not if you are winning. Deploying chemical weapons is unnecessary and would only help fuel enemy propaganda.
This is just another lie by this senile dementia-ridden puppet.
