This situation really shows how ridiculous and insane the entire system has become. Nobody who is being remotely honest thinks that making him pay billions of dollars for saying that the Sandy Hook mass shooting event was a hoax is reasonable. Especially considering that there is ample evidence indicating that it was a hoax. I personally think it was a hoax. The whole event was extremely weird and no evidence was ever provided that children really were killed.
This has always been about ruining his business operations and destroying his media empire. At this point, they might as well just say that he has to pay trillions of dollars and pay off the US national debt.
