VISA and Mastercard have decided to suspend all operations in Russia. Credit cards issued in Russia will no longer work outside the country and if you have a card outside of Russia, it won’t work inside of Russia.

This move has prompted Russia to switch over to using a Chinese alternative.

These reactionary moves to the situation in Ukraine are in the long run going to be totally counterproductive. All the West is doing with these sanctions, bans etc.. is drawing Russia to align closer with China. Together they’re forming alternative systems that don’t rely on Western companies or infrastructure. This is only speeding up now with this push to cancel Russia from the Western economy.

Also, other countries are seeing how Russia is being treated and they’re going to start aligning closer with China as a result. Take in point how India and the UAE refused to condemn Russia’s actions in Ukraine.

China has a track record of striking reasonable deals and as part of those deals they don’t try to force weird social agendas on the countries they’re striking deals with.

What the West is doing is so dumb. It’s an unhinged and emotional reaction that was created by stupid policies put in places by subversive Jews.
