VICE Media just announced a significant round of layoffs as the fake news industry continues getting hammered due to government-mandated lockdowns.

Vice Media is laying off around 155 employees globally as the coronavirus pandemic continues to strain the media industry, according to multiple reports.
It’s just the latest in a string of cuts across publishing companies such as Buzzfeed, Conde Nast, Meredith, Vox and others.
But in an unusual move, CEO Nancy Dubuc is placing the blame not only on coronavirus, but on Big Tech companies taking the lion’s share of digital advertising growth.
In a memo announcing the layoffs, which was obtained by the Hollywood Reporter, Dubuc wrote that “Big Tech” poses a “great threat to journalism.”
It’s pretty funny to see this bitch blame big tech for her problems. And while it is true that big tech is a threat to journalism, she’s saying that they’re a threat because they’re sucking up advertising revenue.
But in reality, big tech is a threat to journalism because they censor and ban people. They do not provide a level playing field for thoughts and ideas. That’s the real problem. Not this goofy shit about advertising.
VICE Media has been a major supporter of having right-wing sites and personalities banned off the Internet for a very long time. So it’s clear that this skank only cares about dollars and not the actual virtues of journalism.
It’s very likely that VICE Media and other similar fake news operations will be put out of business by this pandemic hoax. It’s hard to see how their business models can sustain this horrible economic collapse we are entering. And the most hilarious part about it is that they played a major role in promoting the hoax, which is the main contributing factor to the destruction of their business.
