She accused Trump of rape and Trump denied the rape and somehow denying the rape claims of this crazy old bitch was proof of defamation according to the court. That’s the basic gist of this from what I understand of it. The same court even said that Trump was not guilty of rape which negates any legitimate claims of defamation.
The judge overseeing the case was a fat Jew named Lewis Kaplan. Kaplan made it impossible for Trump’s lawyer Alina Habba to offer a defense and threatened to put his lawyer in jail.

Habba talked to the press after the ruling and said that they would be appealing the ruling from this obviously corrupt Jew court.

Nobody believes Trump raped this ugly bitch in a department store decades ago.
