The sick Jew system rewards people for becoming trannies so this is the end result of that. Trannies used to be put in mental hospitals. They are no longer put in mental hospitals. They are instead given television shows and given special treatment.
I’m not sure what else I can say. America is a very fucked up and disturbed place. We are dealing with subterranean Jew tunnels and other insane things right now. Trannies being everywhere is just one of many insane things.
