This is a joke. Over and over again technicalities are used to further reinforce this sadistic Jewish tyranny. If not a technicality, it is some bullshit excuse or other hypocritical double standard imposed. There is no rule of law. This is a totally illegitimate system that needs to be abolished.
Much of this is a mute point considering that the First Amendment has effectively been dead for years. This ruling just further reinforces that fact. Anybody who thinks the Constitution means anything in the year 2024 is delusional.
