The Saudis are starting to teach their young people Mandarin Chinese.
All public and private secondary schools in Saudi Arabia have been instructed to begin teaching Mandarin Chinese twice per week by the Kingdom's Ministry of Education

It doesn’t take a genius to see where this is going. The Saudis despite paying lip service to the West are doing all sorts of things to establish increasingly closer ties to China.
With the way things are going, the business language of the world will soon be Mandarin Chinese instead of English.
