Vladimir Putin who unlike the clowns in the West is a serious leader of a serious country, said that Western sanctions against Russia were akin to a declaration of war. He further warned that they were prepared to do bad things if any country attempted to implement a no-fly zone in Ukraine.

He’s right that the sanctions are a declaration of war, but even with these sanctions, the West hasn’t gone all the way with them.
They’re still debating on if they should sanction Russian energy. If they won’t even do that, it is unlikely that they’ll put a no-fly zone in place as that would absolutely mean a third world war.
The West is not behaving seriously. They have pushed all sorts of conflicting agendas that is resulting in the ZOG empire imploding in on itself. I think Putin understands this which is why he is imposing his will in Ukraine as we speak.
