You can’t square these two things.
You are seeing all these conflicting agendas that are creating significant chaos and dysfunction inside the system. You can’t sustain systems like this.
Here’s another recent example of the dysfunction inside the military. This soldier who was over in Afghanistan during the chaotic exit was ordered to leave his gear there. He was then given a bill by the military for failing to turn his gear back in when he separated from service.
