It is a joke that she has been put in charge of “solving” the US-Mexico border crisis. She doesn’t know how to solve problems and even if she did know how to solve problems, she has no desire to solve these problems on the border.
She was put in charge of “solving” the crisis months ago and has only decided to visit the border now. But it wasn’t even a real border visit. It was just a dumb photo op where she flew into El Paso and blamed the bad orange man for all of the problems that she refuses to solve.
