Homosexuals do not drive trucks. Trucks are largely driven by blue collar workers who are not homosexuals because trucks are useful for hauling items and aiding physical work. Straight male blue collar workers are not going to appreciate this unnecessary association.
I guess this “Very Gay Raptor” ad campaign has been out for awhile but only drew attention recently. A video featuring the “Very Gay Raptor” has been on YouTube for several months.
