Snowden makes a good point. The law as ridiculous as it might be worded makes Pence a criminal.
Pence had no declassifying authority just like Brandon had no declassifying authority when he was Vice President.
Pence previously criticized Donald Trump for having certain documents despite him having legal authority to declassify documents so it is funny seeing him get wrapped up in all this nonsense.
But quite frankly all this talk about classified documents has just been manufactured for political purposes. The system wants to remove Brandon which is why they made a big deal about this document stuff. It is a convenient way to get him to resign or not run in 2024 without further exposing various deep state criminality that he and others are involved in.
