The people at the Farm Bureau who came up with these fake numbers must not do any grocery shopping. Everything costs more than last year. This is not debatable. This tweet is just gaslighting.
Even with these obviously cherry picked and manipulated numbers, they could only claim that the cost of a July 4th cookout is $0.16 less than last year. The fact that they would deliberately put this out as part of a public relations strategy is insane.
