The United States government is according to the Health and Human Services website, going to buy $290 million worth of “nuclear emergency” drugs.

MORE – Nplate, the drug HHS intends to buy, is produced by Amgen. It is a subcutaneous powder for injection. 125 mcg (for one injection) is around $1,195.

Interesting purchase.
The CIA has been telling us that the risk of nuclear war is low because Vladimir Putin is a reasonable person even though they also said that he was insane enough to blow up his own gas pipes.
Also, $290 million is definitely not a huge amount of money for this type of thing. Looks like these drugs would only be for government office holders and potentially their wealthy donors.
