New US inflation numbers came out today. They’re still high even though gas prices have declined a bit.

If the Fed were actually serious about fighting inflation, they would have hiked interest rates to much higher levels. They’re creating a situation where the price of basic necessities keep going up while sectors where people traditionally maintain their wealth are being slowly crushed.
In the end it doesn’t really matter. The whole thing is a giant shit show. The entire West is collapsing economically. You’d be insane to maintain all of your wealth inside this system with everything going on.
