This is more bad news for Tesla.
There could be a case here. This self-driving function was heavily marketed as a feature that allowed the car to drive itself. It is nothing of the sort but the marketing misled people into believing that it would turn the car into something out of the Knight Rider television series starring David Hasselhoff.
Suffice to say, Tesla automobiles do not live up the standard that you see from the legendary KITT.
#UPDATE: A man arrested on DUI suspicion after crashing his #Tesla into a San Jose fire truck on Hwy. 101 near Morgan Hill told police he thought the vehicle was in Autopilot mode. Tesla says it is "working to establish the facts of the incident." https://t.co/4rAlbpj2nl pic.twitter.com/wEGmJ1KqA8

As @uncledoomer mentioned, you can’t even rely on the self-driving function to work when you are trying to suck your own dick.
BREAKING: We are now receiving reports that the driver of the Tesla was using full self driving mode in order to attempt to suck his own dick at the time the accident occurred. https://t.co/ZesHwNuOLy
