Vladimir Putin spoke at the 2024 St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and described how the use of the Russian Ruble is growing as trust in Western financial systems wane.

The West absolutely did this to themselves as Putin implied. They undermined their entire financial system by sending a clear message to world leaders that your country will be punished if you do things that they disagree with. All the things they did to Russia over the past few years with the sanctions, asset seizures etc.. has prompted many countries to start removing themselves from these Western systems.
This is why the BRICS alliance is growing. It represents an alternative to the West which is seen as increasingly unreliable and insane. The West is insane because the West is mostly run by Jewish terrorists and criminals who are trying to push homosexuality, feminism and other perversions everywhere. It was obvious that such a deranged and insane agenda would not be able to continue forever and it is in the process of collapsing.
