Cassidy is being charged with crimes because in America tearing down satanic statues is a grave offense. If he tore down a statue of Thomas Jefferson or George Washington that would have been perfectly fine and likely celebrated. In fact, Kamala Harris would have probably offered to suck his cock in full view of the White House press corps had he done such a thing.
