This is an insane plan and it has zero chance of working. They’re trying to do the same thing in California and other places.
The electrical capacity to use only electric vehicles does not exist in the West and there is zero reason to believe it will exist by 2035.
It is also worth noting that banning gas and diesel cars has nothing to do with the environment. This is a scheme designed to limit people’s mobility. These people couldn’t care less about the environment. That’s why they support the war in the Ukraine, blowing up gas pipelines while doing nothing about toxic chemical explosions.
The only so-called environmental issue they care about is this alleged climate change business because it is a hoax meant to justify all of the insane things they want to do.
