It’s obvious misdirection. I can’t think of anything the Russians or OPEC has done in the past year or so that has caused an increase in prices. All the major changes impacting the energy industry have been from policies implemented by the Biden regime. The virus hoax, lockdowns etc.. haven’t helped either.
