Donald Trump delivered a solid performance at the press conference with British Prime Minister Theresa May.

It was an interesting press conference especially considering the interview he gave with the Sun before his meeting with May. During the interview he called out May for her failure to execute Brexit properly and pretty much said that Boris Johnson should have her job. He also alluded to how the United Kingdom wouldn’t be able to strike a bilateral trade deal with the United States if they’re still linked to the European Union. But he did all of this in such a way where he could say that he wasn’t directly criticizing her.

There’s no question that all of this was done to put pressure on May to speed up the Brexit process. But there’s also no guarantees that May will be prime minister much longer. She’s badly handled Brexit with this soft-Brexit nonsense. There’s lots of people in her party that are angry with her.

Besides the dynamics with May, here are the biggest takeaways from the press conference.

Trump talked about how immigration was destroying Europe and changing their countries for the worse. This is very good because he’s giving more credibility to the idea that White nations shouldn’t have to accept unlimited numbers of mud monkeys and nogs.

He refused to take a question from CNN’s Jim Acosta by accurately describing CNN as a fake news network.

He blamed Russia’s takeover of Crimea on Barack Obama which is technically accurate and a good response to this narrative of Russia allegedly invading Crimea. What really happened is that the people of Crimea voted overwhelmingly to reunify with Russia. They did this after Jews in Obama’s State Department helped finance a violent coup to overthrow Ukraine’s pro-Russian government. So if they didn’t finance and support that insanity, Crimea would not be part of Russia today.

Overall, I’m very happy with how Trump handled both the NATO and the UK meetings. The meeting with Vladimir Putin on Monday should be the best one of them all.
